§ 90.22 GENERAL RULE.

The keeping of chickens in conformity with the provisions of this subchapter shall be permitted in the Borough of Tatamy. This subchapter enables residents to keep chickens on a non-commercial basis while limiting the adverse effects of the activity to the surrounding properties.
