The Administrative Fine and Civil Penalty Schedule establishes the specific fine and/or penalty associated with the violations identified in Table A of this chapter. The recommended fines and/or civil penalties for each response action may be decreased/modified if appropriate circumstances are found by the control authority or increased if deemed necessary by the control authority.

Schedule A | The first fine associated with each violation will be $100/day; the second violation will be $200/day and will progress until it reaches $1,000/day; after 12 months of zero violations, a user shall revert to the minimum fine | ||
