(A) Sample collection fees. Each user shall be assessed a fee by the control authority for the collection and analysis of sample(s) taken from the user’s building sewer or discharge(s) as required under § 53.098. The amount shall be adjusted, where required, on an annual basis by the control authority through its user rate resolution.
(B) Resampling fees. Each user shall be assessed a resampling fee by the control authority for the collection and analysis of additional sample(s) taken from the user’s building sewer or discharge(s). The amount shall be adjusted, where required, on an annual basis by the control authority through its user rate resolution.
(C) Annual facility inspection fees. Each user shall be assessed a fee by the control authority for the EPA required inspection of the user’s facility(s). The amount shall be adjusted, where required, on an annual basis by the control authority through its user rate resolution.
