§ 53.062 DECISIONS.
The Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within 60 days of receipt of a complete wastewater discharge permit application, the Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator will determine whether or not to issue a wastewater discharge permit. The Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator may deny any application for a wastewater discharge permit, which does not comply with the requirements of this chapter or applicable federal and state laws and regulations. In the event that a timely and complete wastewater discharge permit renewal application, in the sole discretion of the Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator, has been submitted and the permit cannot be reissued, through no fault of the user, before the expiration date, the terms and conditions of the existing permit will be automatically continued and will remain fully effective and enforceable pending the granting or denial of the application for permit renewal.
