§ 53.058 EXISTING CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   Any user required to obtain a wastewater discharge permit who was discharging wastewater into the POTW prior to the effective date of this chapter and who wishes to continue such discharges in the future, shall, within 30 days after said date, apply to the Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator for a wastewater discharge permit or request an extension of their wastewater discharge permit in accordance with this chapter. The Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator may issue a new or temporary wastewater discharge permit without requiring a new application from the user. When a new wastewater discharge permit is required by the Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator, a complete application shall be submitted within 90 days of written notification.
   (B)   No user shall cause or allow discharges to the POTW to continue after 30 days of the effective date of this chapter except in accordance with a wastewater discharge permit issued by the Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator unless a written extension of an existing wastewater discharge permit has been requested and/or approved by the Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator.
