§ 53.055 WASTEWATER DISCHARGES.

It shall be unlawful to discharge within any area under the jurisdiction of the control authority, and/or to the POTW, any wastewater except as authorized by the Industrial Pretreatment Coordinator in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, subject to state and federal laws and regulations.
