(a) No elected officer or appointee to any department, board or commission of the City shall use City of Tallmadge letterhead stationery or a facsimile thereof containing the official Seal of the City for the purpose of endorsing any national, state, or local candidate for elected office or for endorsing any national, state, or local ballot issue.
(b) Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof, shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
