739.11 METHOD OF COLLECTION.
   (a)   Each week, a residential unit shall be entitled to the pickup of refuse by placing it at curbside no earlier than one hour before sunset on the evening before the scheduled pickup and no later than 7:00 a.m. on the morning of the scheduled pickup.
   (b)   All trash containers as specified in guidelines available in the office of the Director of Public Service must be available for pickup at the curb unless the resident(s) are physically disabled. In such cases special arrangements will be made.
   (c)   All recyclable items must be placed in containers as specified in guidelines available in the office of the Director of Public Service, and placed at the curbside along with non-recyclable trash and garbage.
   (d)   Bulk items indicated on a list available in the office of the Director of Public Service, when placed at curbside or the normal pick-up location will be collected when prior notice of such items is given to the contractor by the resident.
   (e)   All trash must be generated in the City of Tallmadge to be eligible for citywide trash services. Any trash not generated from the City of Tallmadge is prohibited from being placed curbside for residential citywide pickup.
   (f)   All trash containers and receptacles must be removed from the City right-of-way within twenty-four (24) hours of trash pickup.
   (g)   Private haulers not permitted. No single-family residential unit may hire a private hauler. (Ord. 92-2013. Passed 10-24-13.)
