1311.05 CONFLICT.

In the event of any conflict between the requirements of Residential Code of Ohio for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, 2004 Edition, and those of any other codes adopted by the City, or any City ordinance, that requirement which establishes the higher or stricter standard shall prevail.
