921.10 PROCEDURE FOR LAYING; MATERIALS.
   All sewers shall be laid straight, or in as direct a line as possible, from the main sewer to the premises to be drained. All pipes shall be laid to a proper grade of not less than one foot per hundred feet, where practicable, by the use of the spirit level, with the best hydraulic cement and clean sand or other approved sealing compound placed in and around each joint so the same shall be water tight. Curved pipe shall be used at all angles in the sewer greater than a three-inch deviation from a straight line in the length of a pipe.
