553.04 SPEED.

(a) No railroad company, or employee of any railroad company, shall operate, or cause to be operated, any locomotive or train of cars at a rate of speed greater than 25 miles per hour across any public grade crossing within the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
