545.21 FALSE WEIGHTS AND MEASURES.

(a) No person involved in the buying or selling of any property, or directing or permitting an employee to do so, shall make or give a false or short weight measure.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. (Ord. 147-1973. Passed 12-20-73.)
