503.181 DEPOSITING LITTER INTO RECEPTACLE OF ANOTHER.

No person, without privilege to do so, shall throw or deposit litter into a receptacle located upon the private property of another or into a receptacle located upon public property if such receptacle is owned by or leased to any person other than the City.
