371.11 RUNNING, JOGGING OR USING ROLLERBLADES ALONG ROADWAY.
   (a)    As used in this section "roadway" means that portion of a public road, whether paved or unpaved, designed, improved, or ordinarily used for vehicular travel.
   (b)    Every person running, jogging or using rollerblades along or upon a roadway shall run, jog or rollerblade as near as practicable to an outside edge of the roadway, and if on a two-way roadway shall run, jog or rollerblade only on the left side facing vehicular traffic approaching from the opposite direction.
   (c)    In the case of two or more persons running, jogging or rollerblading along and upon a roadway, the provisions of subsection (b) hereof shall apply and each person shall proceed in single file when vehicular traffic is approaching from the opposite direction.
   (d)    During the time from one-half hour after sunset to one-half hour before sunrise, and at any time when there are unfavorable atmospheric conditions, or when there is insufficient natural light which prevents persons from being clearly discernible at a distance of 300 feet, every pedestrian running or jogging or using rollerblades along or upon a roadway shall wear between the neck and waist, material such as a vest, sash band, or tape which is reflectorized so as to be clearly discernible during such time at a distance of 300 feet.
   (e)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
