Authority is hereby given hospitals, sanitariums and other institutions reserved for the treatment of the sick and injured to erect at corners of streets on which may be located any such institution, a sign or signs displaying the words “Notice - Hospital Street”, and/or such other words of warning or admonition, as the Chief of Police may approve, to drivers to refrain from making any undue noise when passing such institution.
