303.12 PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON LAWNS PROHIBITED.

(a) Excepting as otherwise provided in Sections 1117.07 (e) and 1117.07( f) and Sections 1125.12 (c) and 1127.12 (c) of the Planning and Zoning Code, no motor vehicle shall be parked or remain on any non-driveway portion of the lawn of any residential or multi-family zoned lot.

(b) This section shall not apply during times of emergency due to acts of nature or during the time that a resident is moving in or out of the premises or when necessary for construction or remodeling.

(c) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and the vehicle is subject to impoundment. (Ord. 38-2008. Passed 5-5-08.)
