The Board shall consist of eleven persons a majority of whom shall be residents of the City, two of whom shall be attending one of each of the following four schools in the Sylvania City School District: Northview Senior High; Southview Senior High; Arbor Hills Junior High and McCord Junior High; and the other three of whom shall be attending senior or junior high school. All Board members shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority of the members of Council, and shall serve until their successors are appointed and confirmed. Board members shall serve without compensation.
