The Information Technology Manager of the Division of Information Technology, to be called the Information Technology Manager, under the supervision and direction of the Director of Finance, shall have supervision and control of the administration of the City’s application of computer hardware and software as well as the City’s telephone system in all aspects thereof. The Manager shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall be subject to confirmation by a majority of the members of Council. The Division shall have an Information Technology Specialist whose duties shall be assigned by and performed to the standards set by the Information Technology Manager.
