The Commissioner of Health shall have the management and control of public burial grounds and cemeteries located in or belonging to the City and subject to the ordinances of the City. The operation and maintenance of the cemetery will be under the direction of the Superintendent of Parks and Forestry with those maintenance and operational duties being performed by individuals of the Division of Parks and Forestry.
