127.02 DIVISION OF STREETS.
   The Superintendent of the Division of Streets, to be called the Superintendent of Streets under the Director of Public Service, shall have charge of the maintenance, repair, cleaning, and sprinkling of streets and public places; the maintenance and light repair of all City vehicles; and such other duties as shall be assigned to such Superintendent by the Director from time to time. The Division of Streets shall be comprised of a Superintendent in charge, a Street and Highway Foreman, a street maintenance crew leader, a Vehicle Maintenance Manager, up to two street maintenance workers, up to ten public works servicemen, and such additional seasonal, part-time or temporary employees as shall hereafter be authorized by and the funds for same provided by Council. The Vehicle Maintenance Manager shall be under the direction, supervision and control of the Superintendent of Streets. Such street maintenance crew leader, street maintenance workers, public works servicemen, seasonal, part-time or temporary employees shall be under the direction, supervision and control of the Street and Highway Foreman, who shall be responsible to the Superintendent.
