109.03 FEES FOR SERVICES.

A fee of ten cents (10¢) per page shall be charged and collected for copies of public records when such copies are furnished to other than law enforcement agencies and law enforcement officials of a municipal corporation, township, county, state, or the United States, or to any military organization of a state or the United States.
