(a) No individual or organization shall operate or cause to be operated any mobile food vending unit in the public right of way within the corporate limits of the City of Sylvania without first meeting the licensing and fee requirements of this chapter.
(b) No individual or organization shall cause or allow the operation of a mobile food vending unit within five hundred (500) feet of any temporary special event, unless the mobile food vendor is participating and included in the temporary special event permit.
(c) The Director of Public Safety or his or her designee, shall establish rules and regulations for the operation of mobile food vending unit in the public right of way.
