For each attachment of a Small Cell Facilities to a Wireless Support Structures owned or operated by the City and located in the Right of Way, the City may charge the Operator an annual fee as prescribed in Section 4939.022 of the Ohio Revised Code and as listed on associated application forms which shall be made available by the Department of Public Service. The City may adjust this fee ten percent every five years, rounded to the nearest five dollars. (Ord. 54- 2018. Passed 1-17-19.)
