932.03 RESPONSIBLE PERSON.

The City of Sylvania has designated the Director of Public Service as the responsible person for the overall management and implementation of Sylvania's SWMP. The Director of Public Service will also be responsible for the implementation of the BMPs identified in the plan unless otherwise noted.
