There is hereby adopted by Council of the City of Sylvania, Ohio, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, as a part of the Fire Prevention Code for the City of Sylvania, Ohio, the 2017 edition of the Ohio Fire Code, a copy of such Code being now on file in the office of the Fire Chief, and the same is hereby incorporated herein by reference as fully as if set forth at length herein, and from the date on which this section shall take effect the provisions of such Code shall be controlling within the limits of the City.
