thence easterly, along the centerline of Erie Street and its extension thereof, to the centerline of Ottawa River; thence southerly, along the centerline of Ottawa River, to a point that is four hundred feet north of the north right-of-way line of Monroe Street; thence easterly, on a line that is parallel to such north line of Monroe Street to the west line of Lot 83 of the Haverford Addition in the City; thence southerly, along the west lot line of Lot 83 in such Haverford Addition to the City, to the southwest corner of such lot; thence easterly, along the south lot line of Lot 83 and its extension thereof, to the centerline of Glasgow Road; thence southerly, along the centerline of Glasgow Road, to its intersection with the centerline of Firth Road;
