1119.02 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

   No building shall be erected or enlarged unless the following minimum requirements are met:

   (a)   Lot area      10,000 square feet (see Section 1119.03 hereof)

   (b)   Lot width      70 feet (see Section 1119.03 hereof)

   (c)   Front yard*      25 feet

   (d)   Side yards*      6 feet

   (e)   Rear yard*      30 feet

   (f)   Ground floor area   960 square feet per unit

   (g)   Total floor area   1,200 square feet per unit

   (h)   Lot area per family   5,000 square feet
