923.04 WATER USED FOR TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION PURPOSES.

All applications for use of water for temporary construction purposes, without a meter, shall be referred to the Director for specific determination as to rates and conditions in each case. (Ord. 59-2017. Passed 9-18-17.)
