751.12 DUTIES OF THE HEALTH OFFICER.

The Health Officer shall receive and review the health or veterinarian certificate for each horse to be utilized for the services described herein. Upon review of same, this certificate together with the Health Officer's approval or disapproval thereof shall be forwarded to the Director.
