(a) Applicants for a horse-drawn carriage license under this chapter shall file with the Director of Public Safety a written application on a form provided by the Director of Public Safety, which application shall be signed by the applicant if an individual, by all partners if a partnership, and by the president if a corporation, and set forth the following information: name, date of birth, social security number, nation of citizenship and location of place of business.
(b) Applicants for a horse-drawn carriage license under this chapter shall furnish to the Director of Public Safety on the application a description of each carriage as required by the Director.
(c) All applications for a horse-drawn carriage license under this chapter shall be filed with the Director of Public Safety at least three days prior to the desired date of issuance of such license.
