No person, being the owner, operator, attendant, agent or employee of a game room or other establishment which displays, exhibits or maintains mechanical amusement devices, shall do any of the following:
(a) Permit indecent, immoral or disorderly conduct on or about the premises;
(b) Permit gambling or the use, possession or presence of gambling paraphernalia on or about the premises;
(c) Permit intoxicated persons on or about the premises;
(d) Permit the possession or use of any alcoholic beverage by anyone under eighteen years of age;
(e) Permit the possession, use, sale or distribution of any controlled substance or drug paraphernalia on or about the premises.
