An annual license fee shall be paid by the owner for each mechanical amusement device displayed, exhibited or maintained in a game room or in those establishments displaying, exhibiting or maintaining five or less mechanical amusement devices. The fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) per mechanical amusement device per calendar year not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) with proration of the fee if it is issued for less than a full calendar year. Such payment shall be made to the City Treasurer before issuance of any license or extension thereof. (Ord. 52- 86. Passed 5-19-86.)
