(a) "Mechanical amusement device" means any machine or device operated by means of a coin, token or similar object, for the purpose of a game or contest of amusement, entertainment or skill and which is a pinball machine, video game or electronic game.
(b) "Game room" means any commercial establishment which contains more than five mechanical amusement devices as defined herein.
(c) "Owner" means any person, firm, partnership, association, corporation or organization who owns, operates, maintains or conducts any place or establishment in which any mechanical amusement device is located.
(d) "Operator" means any person who is in charge of or has control over any mechanical amusement device, and may include the owner as defined herein.
(e) "Attendant" means the individual who shall be upon the premises of a game room as defined herein during the hours of operation of such game room and who shall be the authorized agent or employee of the operator or owner.
