(a) Any person who is actually engaged as a massage technician or an operator of a massage and/or bath establishment upon the effective date of this section, shall have sixty days from that date to comply with the provisions of this chapter.
(b) Provided, however, a person operating as a massage technician on the date of passage of this chapter and who is otherwise operating in compliance with this chapter and who enrolls within sixty days from the effective date of this chapter in a school of massage, approved by the Ohio State Medical Board may continue to operate as a massage technician so long as such enrollment continues, but not to exceed a period of one year.
