The method, manner and procedure for cutting and disposal of weeds and rank vegetation and abatement of weeds and rank vegetation nuisances on private property and for levying and collecting assessments on property benefitted by the cutting and disposal of same, as provided for in Article III, Section 10
(g)(3) of the Charter, is as set forth in this Chapter 555
