545.23 OBTAINING MONEY IN THE NAME OF PALMISTRY.

(a) No person shall obtain money or property from another by fraudulent devices and practices in the name of palmistry, card reading, astrology, seership, like crafty science, fortune telling of any kind, spiritualism or mediumship.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
