545.21 FRAUD IN PROCURING LIBRARY PRIVILEGES.
   (a)   No person shall give a fictitious or incorrect name or address at any public library in order to obtain possession or use of any book, pamphlet, magazine, newspaper, clipping or picture which is the property of such library. No person shall practice any deceit of any character whatsoever to conceal or mislead in respect to identity or address or place of employment.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
