541.13 MARKING, DEFACING SIDEWALK PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall deface or disfigure any sidewalk, or any part of any sidewalk, by painting thereon names, words, advertisements or any device whatever, or by pasting or placing any printed bills or posters thereon.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
