541.12 FIRE LINES, PASSING WITHIN.

(a) When, in case of fire, the Fire Chief has established fire lines, no person, except a member of the Police Division or the Sylvania Township Fire Department shall pass within such fire lines unless authorized to do so by a police officer or the Director of Public Safety.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
