541.11 USE OF CITY SWIMMING POOLS AFTER HOURS.

(a) No person shall use a City swimming pool at any time other than the established and posted hours of use, nor shall such person damage or contaminate the same at any time.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Violators shall be liable for the costs and expense of repairing or cleaning such public pools.
