541.10 SALE OF STENCH BOMBS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person, firm or corporation shall sell any stinking bean or stench bomb or any other device as set forth in Section 541.08 which might be used in the violation of Section 541.08.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
