541.09 POSSESSION OF STENCH BOMBS PROHIBITED.

(a) No person shall have in his possession or under his control any stinking bean or stench bomb or any other device with intent to use the same in violation of Section 541.08.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.
