A. Metered Parking Time Limits: The foregoing restrictions, as in this chapter provided, shall be effective between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. and five o'clock (5:00) P.M. on all days, excepting, Sundays, and United States federal holidays.
B. Deposit Of Coins: When any vehicle shall be parked in any space adjacent to which a parking meter is located in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, the operator of such vehicle shall, upon entering said parking space, immediately deposit or cause to be deposited one or more coins in lawful money of the United States Of America, in accordance with the value shown on the meter in sufficient amount as to cover the time period parked.
