A. General Definitions: When used in this title, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
DOWNTOWN PARKING ENFORCEMENT ZONE: The zone bordered by West Exchange Street to the north; High Street to the south; Sacramento Street to the west; and Locust Street to the east. This zone will have a variety of regulations, such as the use of metered or restricted parking, to encourage the fair and appropriate use of available public parking to support downtown businesses and residents.
