A. General Penalty: Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in the City of Sycamore Consolidated Fee Schedule.
B. Unauthorized Disposal: Any resident or nonresident who causes or attempts to cause garbage to be picked up by the city or its agents or contractors, or employee of either of the aforesaid, when said garbage or waste products have been brought as such from outside a single-family residential area of the city, shall be subject to penalty as provided in the City of Sycamore Consolidated Fee Schedule.
