4-2-8: LITTERING:
It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit any kind of refuse in any street, alley, public way, gutter, manhole or any other public place 1 .
A violation of this section shall be subject to penalty as provided in the City of Sycamore Consolidated Fee Schedule. (1988 Code § 18.210; amd. Ord. 2005.78, 1-3-2006; Ord. 2023.04, 5-1-2023)
