A. Term; Expiration: Permits shall be granted for the period requested; provided, no permit shall be granted for a period in excess of one year from the date of issuance. Provided, if such permittee does not actively engage in business within the City during a ninety (90) day period, such person will inform the Police Department when he is ready to resume business activities.
