3-3-6: INSPECTION OF AMUSEMENT PREMISES:
It shall be the duty of the chief of police and fire chief to see that every exhibition, amusement, theatrical or other public show or amusement is inspected by a member of the police and fire departments and to ensure conformity with the provisions concerning such amusements. (1988 Code §11.105)
