Applications for such licenses shall be made to the clerk and shall comply with all of the general provisions of the ordinances relating to such application. For such licenses, the following fees shall be as set out in the City of Sycamore Consolidated Fee Schedule:
A. Carnivals and circuses;
B. Exhibitions of inanimate objects; and
