The board of library directors shall have the power to recommend to the city council or to enact rules and regulations governing the use of the library and library facilities. Any person violating any such rule shall be subject to penalty as provided by the City of Sycamore Consolidated Fee Schedule. (1988 Code § 7.505; 1994 Code; Ord. 2023.04, 5-1-2023)
